- Assist internal and external customers with inquiries and requests
- Conduct customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)
- Manage and maintain customer request queues efficiently
- Escalate technical issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Participate in team meetings and adhere to internal proceduresKey Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least one year of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficiency in internet-based systems and software
