Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and organized HR – Talent / Client Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a temping and outsourcing company. This role combines human resources, talent coordination, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal staff, ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of staffing solutions, effective resolution of issues, and consistent client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients.Understand client staffing needs, preferences, and workplace culture.Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.Handle client queries and concerns professionally and promptly.Talent & Service CoordinationCoordinate staff deployment based on client requirements.Match client needs with appropriate candidates from the database or recruitment pipeline.Monitor staff performance and service quality at client sites.Ensure smooth onboarding of temporary staff at client workplaces.Liaise with Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources, and Accounts for seamless service delivery.Scheduling & LogisticsManage staff schedules, shifts, and assignments.Ensure timely replacement of staff in cases of absenteeism or client requests.Maintain accurate records of staffing allocations and service delivery needs.Administrative & Operational SupportPrepare and manage documentation such as contracts, service agreements, timesheets, and client reports.Support payroll and invoicing by ensuring accurate timekeeping records.Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Key Skills & CompetenciesFluency in English is requiredKnowledge of Maltese, Indian languages (such as Hindi), Nepalese, and Spanish is considered an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsICT and mobile phone skills such as Office SoftwareExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetAbility to multitask and work independently or within a teamClient-focused with a service-oriented approachGood working knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheet softwareFamiliarity with staffing processes and basic employment lawQualificationsExperience in a coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or client service role (preferred)Relevant academic or technical qualifications will be considered an asset
