Job DescriptionOur client offers a number of services in relation to Traffic Management. With offices located in Marsa near the Valletta Waterfront, they are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Accounts Clerk to join their team.The selected candidate will form part of the accounting department and will liaise with different team members including the Accounts Clerks, Accountant and Cashiers. S/he will supervise a small team of cashiers and will assist with postings and daily cash reconciliations. The chosen person will be taking care of the postings of online payments, generating clients' direct debits on a monthly basis and chasing debtors and making any required adjustments such as issuing credit notes as may be necessary. S/he will also be assisting with monthly reports and management accounts as well as the preparation of monthly bills.The ideal candidate must have:

An A' level standard of education in Accounting together with a minimum of two years of relevant working experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel is essential for this post;
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision as an asset;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
The ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment; and,
Willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies.
