Capital Pest Control is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Clerk, who thrives working within a dynamic team.Duties and Responsibilities include: • Processing customer invoices. • Chasing customers for payments. • Ad hoc reports from time to time. • Maintain documentation and filing of all accounting documents. • Supporting other team members. • Any other duties that may arise. Qualifications and Experience: • A minimum of 1 year in a similar post. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Able to speak and write both Maltese and English. • Knowledge of XERO will be considered an asset. This role would suit a person with the ability to work independently, without much supervision and who is able to prioritize work effectively. Have a Teamwork Mindset showing a positive attitude.
