We combine statistical analysis & programming to build smart and innovative automated sports & trading models that keep us competitive.In this role, you'll be developing, creating, and maintaining statistical models and tools that support bookmakers, traders, and risk managers in their daily work.   • Work on the automated odds calculation & trading logic, ensuring accuracy, performance and profitability.
  • Build and enhance in-house products that strengthen our overall trading and modelling ecosystem.
  • Automate processes across the team and department, improving efficiency and freeing up time for higher-value strategic work.
  • Challenge the status quo - constantly reviewing current approaches and identifying smarter, faster, and more effective ways to operate.
  • Recommend and implement new techniques and technologies that support performance, scalability, and long-term success.
QualificationsWhich skills should you bring to the pitch
  • Education. Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field - a strong academic foundation to compete at the highest level.
  • Experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering impact.
  • Tech Stack. Excellent knowledge of R and Python - you're comfortable turning complex data into smart, actionable models, and working with systems designed for low-latency performance.
  • Databases. Comfortable working with databases such as Redshift and AWS.
  • Automation. You know how to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and build scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Bonus Points. iGaming experience is a strong advantage, and exposure to B2B product environments and AI tools is a big plus - you understand the game, the market, and how to leverage technology to stay ahead.
  • Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you enjoy breaking down complex challenges and finding the winning solution.
  • Language. Full professional fluency in English.
