- Lead the effort to secure approval for internal AI tools by collaborating with the firm's risk team and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring all solutions meet the firm's compliance and security standards.
- Manage the structured rollout and adoption of approved internal AI tools across service lines, prioritising high-impact use cases to maximise engagement delivery, operational efficiency, and quality.
- Identify, assess, and prioritise internal AI opportunities that enhance engagement delivery, operational efficiency, and quality
- Coordinate with the IT and Risk stakeholders to ensure secure, regulatory compliant, and effective integration of AI tools
- Monitor AI adoption metrics and track value realisation
- Support AI training and change initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Capture internal AI insights to inform client-facing AI services
- Act as a central point of contact for internal AI-related queries, improvement ideas, and enhancement opportunities
- Proven experience supporting or leading AI or digital technology adoption (internally or client-facing)
- Experience in technology implementation or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation platforms in a business environment
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, IT, Business/Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence or Master of Business Administration preferred
- Relevant AI, data protection, or digital certifications considered an asset
- 5 years working experience in Artificial Intelligence and/or Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of practical AI applications in business
- Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Awareness of governance, risk, and data privacy considerations
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
- Must be organised, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate issues and solutions to their solution owner, on both a formal and informal basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and colleagues.
