ISTC - Training Compliance Administrator (Part-time)

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions in line with approved training plans.
- Book and manage training venues (classrooms or virtual platforms).
- Coordinate catering, equipment, and required training materials.
- Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for seamless delivery.
- Act as first point of contact for training‑related enquiries.
- Manage participant registration and enrolment through the LMS.
- Track attendance and maintain accurate participant and certification records.
- Prepare and distribute joining instructions, confirmation letters, and related communications.
- Prepare, format, print, and distribute training materials.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with certification requirements.
- Maintain organised records of materials, attendance sheets, certificates, and compliance documents.
- Organise and maintain training databases and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the training team.
- Assist with financial processes, including raising orders and liaising with Accounts.
- Distribute and consolidate course evaluations and feedback.
- Assist with analysis of training effectiveness and preparation of reports.
- Support the setup and administration of online learning courses and LMS activities.
- Provide basic technical assistance to trainers and participants where required.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or training support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with LMS / e‑learning platforms (advantage).
- Exposure to technical or standards‑based training environments (advantage).
- NFPA training and familiarisation will be provided by ISTC.
