- Welcome and assist customers at the showroom, guiding them through the diverse range of surfacing products.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to grasp customers' preferences, budgets, and project needs.
- Offer expert guidance and suggestions on product choices, design possibilities, and customization options.
- Follow up on sales leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits, ensuring thorough communication.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product samples, collaborating with internal teams for seamless project execution, while maintaining precise records of interactions, sales, and inventory. Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor developments.
- Outstanding abilities in communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service.
- Preference will be given to candidates with retail or showroom sales experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with surfacing products, encompassing their various types, features, and uses, will be regarded as advantageous.
