A good knowledge of Installing and troubleshooting Printers, NAS, laptops and Windows client OS.
Knowledge of adding new users in a domain.
Knowledge of creating and setup up Office 365 users.
Knowledge of creating a shared storage.
At least 1-year experience in IT support have a good understanding of a ticketing system.
