About the job Project OfficerManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Officer to join our client's team.Responsibilities:Support project managers with coordination, communication, and troubleshooting of digital tools.Assist with digital transformation initiatives, including evaluating and implementing new technologies.Manage site labour administration by maintaining accurate records and liaising with supervisors and HR.Conduct project data analysis, audits, and ensure quality assurance across databases.Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement in project management workflows.Key Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Excel and data processing.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.Experience in developing and implementing SOPs.Ability to work both independently and within a team.Knowledge of Power BI, MS Access, and project management software is considered an advantage.Job Info:
