- Handling the general administrative office duties, which mainly include secretarial and other support duties depending on the day-to-day exigencies of Resolution as may be required;
- Drafting documents and correspondence;
- Filing and record-keeping of documents;
- Assisting and supporting the Legal and Policy Team in conducting legal and policy work;
- Undertaking ad-hoc assignments related to resolution and insolvency aspects that may arise from time to time and to report on the outcome of such assignments as may be appropriate and necessary;
- Undertaking any other duties as assigned by the Head and/or as may be required by the MFSA from time to time based on the exigencies of the Authority.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
