About the job HR ExecutiveManpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Executive to join our clients team.Responsibilities:Implement HR support services covering the full employee life-cycle, from recruitment to termination.Ensure compliance with HR best practices, ISO 9001 standards, and employment legislation.Maintain accurate staff records, HR data, and support payroll, time & attendance, and reporting needs.Draft employment contracts, agreements, and other formal HR documentation.Liaise with group subsidiaries, payroll subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.Key Requirements:NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent in HR or related field.Experience in HR systems, including global platforms and Shireburn Indigo.Strong attention to detail with ability to manage financial data, legal documents, and reporting.Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset); diplomatic and collaborative approach.Flexibility to travel internationally (mainly East Africa) for short assignments.
