Maintenance Handyperson to ensure smooth facility operations by coordinating maintenance tasks, managing work orders, and supporting the Assistant Head of Facilities.Responsibilities include equipment upkeep, compliance monitoring, and supervising junior staff through training, supervision, and performance reporting. Key metrics include efficient response times, site upkeep, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role involves working at heights, use of electrical tooling, mechanical equipment or other facilities upkeep related works.ProfilesCompetencies

Analyse maintenance data and malfunctions (history, defects...), determine causes and establish corrective actions
Detect faulty parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance works
Basic maintenance of equipment and accessories (working condition, cleaning, changing components)
Carry out basic maintenance of appliances
Carry out basic maintenance of equipment and rooms
