The role will be based in Malta.Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage meetings and prepare documentation.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of trade transactions.
Handle incoming phone calls and support administrative tasks such as filing, organising paperwork, and assisting senior staff with ad hoc requests.
Contribute to process improvements and initiatives.
Perform general office administration duties and ensure the office is always functional.
Prepare transaction-related templates with a keen attention to detail.
Strive to improve processes, reduce turnaround times, and enhance overall efficiency.
Staying adjourned and adhering to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Maltese.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Multi-tasking.

Ongoing training will be provided to enhance the knowledge and skills required to for this role. We seek individuals who are passionate, driven, and eager to grow within a well-established company.If you have any office experience, particularly working in a Back Office/Operations Team, then we want to hear from you. Holding a Banking/Finance/Management qualification will be considered an asset.What we offer:
