The Medical Device Specialist will play a fundamental role in supporting the medical, sales, marketing, regulatory, and logistic aspects of the business. As our client's representative, they will be involved in delivering crucial information, overseeing product implementation, participating in clinical procedures, and ensuring the highest standard of client service is maintained at all times.Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide essential product information
- Ensure smooth product implementation and usage
- Participate in clinical procedures as an observer and trainer
- Support clinical teams in the use of products in the OR as the product becomes an integral part of the surgical team's product portfolio
- Contribute to the preparation of sales quotes and tender submissions
- Strive for meeting internal and external sales and performance targets
- Continuously work on developing skills and background knowledge
- Participate in internal and external training programmes
- Maintain consistent communication with suppliers
- Support colleagues across the spectrum of business functions to boost efficiency and productivity
- A qualified nurse with experience in the OR, preferably in the cardiovascular arena
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Aptitude for client interaction and problem-solving
- A well-developed business acumen, with a keen eye for business development
- Proactive, self-motivated and flexible
- A clean driving license
- Proficiency in IT skills and the use of standard Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Negotiable salary dependent upon experience and qualifications, paid in Euros
- A company car along with IT equipment
