Fulltime - HybridMy client, a sportsbook and gaming operator on Malta is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join the team and support the MLRO. You will lead regulatory compliance across all active and prospective jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Regulatory Compliance team.Oversee daily compliance across sportsbook and casino operations.Maintain and improve regulatory controls, policies, and procedures.Act as main contact for regulators and integrity bodies.Manage audits, regulatory reporting, and remediation plans.Oversee license applications, renewals, and regulatory changes.Support integrity monitoring and reporting obligations.Provide compliance training and regulatory guidance.Review new market regulations for potential expansion.Experience & Qualifications3+ years of experience in sports betting/iGaming compliance.Direct experience with gaming regulators and licensing processes.Bachelor's degreeExperience with audits, renewals, and regulatory change management.SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management.Confident leader with sound judgment under pressure.Highly organized with strong prioritization skillsBenefitsPrivate health insuranceMonthly fitness allowance
