- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear technical documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a service provider
- Identify potential delivery risks early, including technical dependencies, legacy systems, and resource challenges
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for quality, performance, security, and usability
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations with transparency
- Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and removing blockers
- Use data-driven insights to improve decision-making, prioritisation, and processes
- Strong understanding of web technologies, and the software development lifecycle
- Ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Located in Malta with local experience and knowledge of Maltese
- 2 years' experience in a project coordination, product ownership, or similar role within a digital or software environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computing, IT, or a related field
