We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Front Office & Facilities Coordinator to oversee the smooth daily running of our workspace.In this role, you will ensure the office remains safe, functional and welcoming while managing relationships with multiple vendors and service providers. You will handle office logistics, meeting rooms, supplies and general workspace organisation, as well as support any renovation or workspace planning initiatives. Collaboration with the accounts team on facilities-related invoices will be essential. You will coordinate health and safety compliance and assist the admin team with events, internal activities and day-to-day operational needs. Working closely with senior leadership and HR, you will contribute to enhancing the overall workplace experience.The ideal candidate has experience in office or facilities management, strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
