Product Development Executive (Hospitals and Clinics)

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders;
• Provide product education and promote the clinical and commercial benefits of the assigned portfolio;
• Maintain an active presence in the local market by visiting hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare-related outlets to promote company brands and products;
• Develop new business opportunities while nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships, both locally and internationally;
• Demonstrate in-depth scientific knowledge of assigned products and maintain awareness of competitive products within the market;
• Attend and represent the company at brand events, conferences, and industry meetings locally and overseas;
• Drive business growth by achieving agreed sales targets and profitability objectives.

• In possession of a degree in a science-related field;
• Previous experience in a similar commercial or medical representative role will be considered an asset;
• Experience engaging with Mater Dei Hospital will be considered an advantage;
• Holds a valid driving licence;
• In possession of a clean police conduct certificate.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment;
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly organised with strong time management abilities;
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
