We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead our company’s financial strategy and operations. The role involves overseeing budgeting, reporting, compliance, and providing insights to support business growth.

Oversee the company’s overall financial strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. • Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and efficient workflow. • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk, ensuring company liquidity and long-term financial stability. • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, coordinating audits and preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Validate internally generated schedules (production cost, ...). Draw up summary tables for results analysis
Check regularity and reliability of transactions. Check financial position of the organisation
Check tax payer files and returns. Calculate amount of tax payable
Determine or introduce methods and procedures for audits. Check implementation and suggest adjustments
Handle files, follow-up disputes of private persons or companies (investigating the balance, exemption procedure...)
Draft and implement annual audit plan of an organisation; determine and supervise audit assignment
Draw up summaries (management reports) and performance reports (returns) for managed client accounts
Identify and disclose irregularities or inaccuracies determined during examinations or checks
Establish potential client needs based on their financial situation. Present bank's offer (range of products/services)
Prepare elements of an audit. Send them to accountant/controller... or analyse them
Present services/products adapted to organisation's account management (management under mandate, debt collection...)
