- Test new Casino & Sportsbook features, promotions, user journeys, and front-end releases across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Validate UI/UX flows to ensure a consistent, intuitive, and error-free player experience.
- Raise and track defects using internal tools with detailed steps, screenshots, and replication conditions.
- Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple browsers and devices.
- Work closely with the Product and Design teams to align on feature behaviour and usability expectations.
- Act as the voice of the player during release testing phases, ensuring we meet both functional and experience standards.
- Support UAT and soft-launch processes, providing feedback and coordinating issue resolution before full rollout.
- Document test results, feedback loops, and issue trends for continuous improvement.
- Other duties as requested by Management.
- Extensive experience in Customer Support within the iGaming industry, with a deep understanding of player behaviours, expectations, and pain points.
- A natural attention to detail and curiosity about how things work — particularly how player-facing features behave across different scenarios.
- Comfortable reviewing player journeys across web and mobile platforms, including registration, deposits, gameplay, and promotions.
- Able to clearly describe issues or bugs in a structured and professional way (written and verbal), with examples and context.
- Familiar with internal tools such as Jira, UAT environments, and CRM systems (experience using them as a CS agent is sufficient; QA training will be provided).
- Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Development teams to raise and follow up on bugs or user experience issues.
- Highly organised, proactive, and open to learning QA methodologies, tools, and testing documentation.
- Experience in a QA, product testing, or UX validation role.
- Solid understanding of testing across web and mobile environments.
- Familiarity with casino and sportsbook platforms and features, including game lobbies, wallets, registration flows, and promotions.
- Proficient in Jira and comfortable using testing environments (UAT/staging).
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot inconsistencies or usability issues.
- Ability to clearly communicate defects and player-impact concerns to cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing (Chrome, Safari, iOS, Android, etc.)
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with fast iteration cycles.

- In the case of recruitment - we will keep your data for the entire recruitment period and up to 3 months after its completion.

- You have the right to: access your data, rectify, erasure, restrict processing, make a complaint to a supervisory authority, and the right to transfer the data. The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. However, it does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the case of recruitment, withdrawing the consent will make it impossible for us to take your application documents under advisement.
