Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional ready to take ownership of a growing brand? SOHO Office Space is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across all locations in Malta.About The Role:As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and member engagement.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Manage and grow SOHO’s digital presence (social media, website, email campaigns)
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Create engaging content (copy, visuals, campaigns) that reflects the SOHO brand
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and optimise accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to support occupancy and member retention
Manage external partners (designers, agencies, media)
Ensure brand consistency across all locations and channels

Requirements:

Proven experience in a marketing role (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or coworking)
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Creative thinker with attention to detail
