This role delivers top-tier service to VIP guests, ensuring seamless experiences while upholding our reputation for excellence through high standards and memorable impressions.Key Responsibilities: - Provide personalized, high-standard VIP services in the terminal, lounges, and for special arrangements, ensuring guest satisfaction. - Manage VIP service reservations, optimize space and resources, and coordinate with service providers for seamless execution while ensuring that all service-providers and stakeholders meet and exceed guest expectations. - Maintain high standards in food and beverage presentation and ensure facilities are well-maintained, reporting any faults promptly. - Address and escalate guest complaints or incidents immediately, ensuring corrective actions are taken. - Regularly update and follow departmental SOPs, complete checklists, and prepare VIP advice reports in a timely manner. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance VIP services. - Perform assigned tasks across various deployment points within the terminals, maintain cleanliness, assist with VIP services training, and participate in the First Aider program as needed, all while adhering to company policies, safety regulations, and uniform requirements. - Promote a positive company image by embodying core values, complying with work conditions, and ensuring a safe work environment in accordance with relevant legislation.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHISCED Level: Post-secondary non-tertiary education - Level (4)Subjects:Subject Level Grade

  • Inform customer about organization services and reservation procedure
  • Supervise preparation of dishes. Do or check garnish or presentation of plates or dishes
  • Deal with customer complaints (grant discounts, clarify regulations...)
  • Familiarise customer with and lead them to the right person (technician, sales assistant, head of customer service...)
  • Make nature of the call known (order, sales, information, advertising, assistance...)
  • Present solutions to customer complaints or pass file to the litigation/logistics.... department
  • Collect and deal with complaints of users, clients, occupants, ...
  • Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
  • Advise customer on choice of meals according to tastes and day's specials. Take order
