Our client is seeking to recruit for a Financial Controller to join their leadership team.Duties include but are not limited:

Oversee all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance, reporting, and internal controls.
Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive sound financial decision-making and commercial performance.
Report to the Ownership and align with Group Finance to ensure full compliance with Group policies, reporting frameworks, and financial systems.
Implement and champion Group financial management practices
Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to both property and Group levels
Lead and develop the finance team, building a high-performance finance culture
Provide financial analysis and support for key initiatives such as capital projects and revenue optimisation.

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Proven experience as a Financial Controller within hospitality is required
Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
Collaborative and confident, with the ability to work effectively with both property and Group stakeholders.
Strong understanding of group reporting environments, consolidation, and matrix structures.
