- Be a Trusted Consultant: Conduct face-to-face meetings, demos, and onboarding support. You aren't just a salesperson; you are a partner who understands the unique challenges of the Maltese business landscape.
- Cultivate Relationships: Move beyond the transaction. You’ll maintain ongoing relationships with your clients, ensuring they feel supported as part of the wamo family.
- Represent wamo Locally: Be the face of our mission at local events, trade fairs, and networking hubs, building the brand’s presence through authentic connection.
- Onboard with Empathy: Guide new community members through their first steps on the platform, ensuring their transition to modern banking is seamless and stress-free.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track and accelerate your growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on wamo products, market developments, and what’s happening in the competitive landscape.
- The "Networker" Mindset: You have a natural flair for sales and a genuine love for meeting new people. You understand that business is built on trust.
- Local Insight: You have a solid understanding of the Maltese business environment and know where our solutions can make the biggest impact.
- Bilingual Fluency: You speak fluently both Maltese and English; essential for building deep roots in the local community.
- Results-Driven: You are self-motivated and comfortable using digital tools (CRM) to track the growth of your territory.
- Professional Foundation: Ideally, you hold an MQF Level 5 in Business/Marketing, but we value real-world experience and grit (if you have an MQF Level 4 and a proven sales track record, we want to talk.)
- Mobile & Ready: Valid Maltese driving licence and access to own transport (preferred for field sales).
