- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting interactions accurately.
