- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Compile data and prepare weekly and monthly reports and summaries
- Reconcile various accounting transactions
- Liaise with other departments to follow up on discrepancies
- Carry out a range of clerical and administrative tasks in support of the Finance department
- Strong personal confidence with good presentation skills
- Well-organised, deadline-driven, and willing to learn continuously
- Structured approach to planning, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Capable of working effectively under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is considered an asset
