Accompany patient/person in need of care on walks or displacements
Discuss condition of person needing care (feeling unwell, being unsatisfied...). Refer to a doctor, social worker...
Establish changes in condition of person in need of care and inform healthcare providers
Help with bodily care and provide comfort to patients (wash face and hands, brush hair...)
Assist and support patients (arrange position of bed/sofa...). Check safety measures, caring arrangements...
