- Define brand vision and strategic direction, ensuring maximum market fit and profitability
- Lead the delivery and execution of this strategy, within the constraints of the relevant regulatory frameworks
- Lead, drive and execute commercial, and business development activities:
- Commercial strategy and planning
- Marketing, PR, Advertising, Networking
- Be responsible for product research and innovation ideation, keeping our product aligned with market trends and evolution and exploiting new/untapped opportunities
- Shape the brands to maximize unique selling points and build new product long term value across different markets
- Own day-to-day brand operations across player acquisition, retention, player operations and casino management
- Own relationship
- Ensure the business is always in compliance with market requirements, in the context of a fast-changing regulatory landscape
- Manage risks and create opportunity for business growth in new and existing markets
- Coordinate compliance input from internal and external providers
- Secure new markets readiness and compliance
- Own P&L, responsible for the financial success of the company
- Run budgeting exercises and secure funding from group level
- Analyze financials and report on group level, as needed
- Champion company culture and values locally, ensuring alignment with the groups
- Lead and develop teams for success and foster strong ownership
- 5+ years in leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory
- Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy
- Experience leading small, lean teams
- Willingness to work hands, where needed
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs.
- Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming Products
- Strong people leader with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
