Our mission is to deliver entertainment with integrity, innovation, and impact, because great products can change how entire communities experience play.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to deliver actionable insights across Sportsbook, Virtual Gaming, and Agency Operations. You will report to the Head of Product Analytics and work in close collaboration with a Senior Product Analyst, while partnering with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and leadership teams across Europe and Africa.Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis and provide insights to influence prioritization and decision-making across your product domain.
Track and analyze new features to measure success and identify trends in customer data.
Design, implement, and automate reporting solutions to support company initiatives.
Own A/B testing strategy and execution for your domain.
Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, metrics, and measure impact.

RequirementsRequirements

3+ years’ experience in a similar analytical/product role.
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science; advanced degrees or MBA a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Experience with digital/product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel).
Experience in behavioral analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Ability to work with complex datasets, structure data, and extract insights.
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams.
Excellent presentation skills for communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience in gambling or online entertainment industries is preferred.
