Our team needs an energetic & motivated manager to see to the day-to-day Operations of our healing clinic!OPERATIONS MANAGER: A Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare clinic, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including: 1. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising clinic staff, including administrative personnel and healthcare providers. Ensuring that staff are motivated and perform their duties effectively. 2. Financial Management: Managing the clinic's budget, including finances related to billing, insurance claims, and payroll. Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures as needed. 3. Patient Care Coordination: Ensuring that patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively. This includes scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and addressing patient concerns. 4. Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that the clinic complies with healthcare regulations and standards. Keeping up to date with changes in healthcare laws and policies. 5. Quality Improvement: Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. 6. Technology Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of healthcare technology systems, such as electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software. 7. Communication: Acting as a liaison between the director, staff, patients, and other stakeholders. Facilitating communication within the clinic and with external partners. 8. Strategic Planning: Assisting in the development and execution of the clinic's strategic goals and objectives. Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Overall, a Clinic Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the clinic operates smoothly, providing high-quality care to patients while managing resources effectively. Additional Information: Contracts: Understand terms and enforce policies & competency to reach expectations. Inform Director of team member performance monthly & determine course of action Current HR folder & Bonus Structure Probation Period Termination of Contracts GDPR & Patient Confidentiality Induction Process, Performance Reviews, Competency Reports for employees (Initial, Quarterly Reports, additional as necessary to maintain performance levels and expectations). Monthly Progress Reports Goal Setting Recruiting: doctors/therapists/staff Due diligence: chart completion, insurances, task completion, monthly reports, etc. from team members Each Team Member contributes organisation that resonates with them - - collaboration efforts or sponsorship of events. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Expectations & Performance Reviews Schedules: Employees & IC’s; during peak hours & admin hours ensure staff is relevant to Tasks, Task Completion: Goals and Deadlines. P&P: Company Handbook, systems & processes (technology, communications), Ambassador Programs, Healthcare Programs Payroll: monthly report presented; requested modifications to improve monthly performance; gather information regarding payroll; balance schedules to suit operational needs of the organisation. Monthly Reports: clinic(s), practitioners, services Collaborations: Clinic Ambassador Programs, Posture Programs, Sports Performance, Brain Development in Kids, Gut Restoration, Midlife Movement, Products, Private Hospitals (Radiology/Labs/Diagnostics), Public Sector Healthcare Practitioners Marketing Directives to team: Ensure content is being created to help Team Members Thrive in Practice. Manage Clinic Ambassadors Community Outreach: Events (sports events, marathons, wellness expo’s), Speaking Events (Academic, Corporate, Social), Networking Events Public Health Initiatives: Posture Programs, BIG Kids, Type II Management Website Updates: Bi-Weekly Blog Management (Team Member Spotlight, Patient Education Info, Upcoming Programs, etc.) Patient Communications: Email Updates, Socials, Platforms Compensation: Full-time, Monthly Salary: 1800-3600 euro/month Performance Based Commission: Overall Clinic Performance following Probation PeriodProfilesCompetencies
