The group is involved in different business activities and has established itself as a prominent player in the Maltese business community.As a Business Software Analyst, your communication skills will be key to collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. You will be gathering requirements, analyzing, and ensuring that the software development is aligned with the business objectives. The results of your efforts will be a vital part of the organization’s long-term goals.You will:

Create documentation of software requirements, user stories, and process flows
Be the bridge between business units and development teams
Identify where there are improvements to be made to the process

Skills/Experience:

Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development
Possess a great level of analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge in aligning business goals and software solutions
