- Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock deliveries of motor vehicle parts.
- Organize and store parts systematically, maintaining an efficient and orderly inventory.
- Pick and prepare parts for the workshop and customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- O’ Level standard of education.
- Basic knowledge of motor vehicle technical aspects.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or parts environment is preferred.
- Computer literacy.
- Fluent in Maltese and English.
- A clean driving licence is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; familiarity with stock management software is a plus.
- Excellent administrative and time management skills.
- Professional and positive attitude, appearance, and strong communication skills.
- Must be based in Malta or within the EU.
