Install and configure the bank’s applications and the SWIFT portal.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support.
Conduct testing to ensure application functionality and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize application usage and efficiency.

You Have:

1+ year of experience in setting up and supporting SWIFT.
1+ years working with SQL.
Commercial experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, etc.)
