Basic Computer Skills: MS Office applications. Google Drive: Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail, Sheets. Spreadsheet: Excel, Google Drive, Open Office, pivot tablets, vertical lookups, macros. Email. Outlook, Gmail, mail merge, filters, folders.This role is considered a high managerial position within our company and shall include but shall not be limited to, the following: - M&E Project Management, - M&E Quantity Surveying, - Supervision, site leadership and project responsibility of RVC projects and/or contracts as directed, - Interpretation of BOQs, technical specifications and drawings and the planning of works, in coordination with the Operations Manager, - Effective planning of material & equipment requirements in coordination with the storekeeper and the operations manager, - Attend site and co-ordination meetings as required, - Constant tracking of project progress, including the documentation of any changes, including the calculation and presentation of variation orders, - Constant contact with RVC clients and/or representatives as required, to coordinate on-going works, - Monitor, evaluate and propose changes to processes and work methodologies with the main goal bing to better efficiency, quality and cost controls, - Monitoring project activities, outputs, and progress towards anticipated results, - Training field staff in technical matters and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring, - Developing monthly, quarterly or annual reports depending on project requirements, - Understanding and compiling tender offers, quotations and bills of quantities and leading in the compilation of project documentation at all stages of a project lifecycle, - Simultaneously and constantly coordinate with management personnel, various projects and tasks, as well as assisting other administration and site employees in any required circumstance as the Employer deems necessary, subject to theseProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies
