- Maintain and improve revenue processes and spreadsheets to ensure precise revenue recognition and accrued income.
- Aid in system analysis, including reconciling charges from various sources.
- Ensure prompt invoicing to partners.
- Assist in monthly closing activities, including preparation of relevant journal entries.
- Guarantee completeness of receivable balances in reports.
- Reconcile receipts with backend systems and other monthly revenue reports in a timely manner.
- Periodically reconcile receivable balances and investigate discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial team and other stakeholders regarding partner accounts, commissions, outstanding debtor balances, etc.
- Identify recommendations or solutions for a more efficient revenue recognition process.
- Strive to automate current revenue-related processes whenever feasible.
- Assist with revenue-related processes being implemented and redefined in the new ERP software.
- Produce detailed revenue-related reports to aid stakeholders like Commercial and product teams.
- Ensure revenue documentation is always updated with relevant changes.
- Assist with any audit requests related to revenue and related processes.
- Support the Head of Finance or the CFO with revenue-related projects as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the I-gaming industry is advantageous.
- Candidates should be pursuing an accounting qualification such as ACCA with knowledge of VAT and revenue reporting requirements.
- Excellent Excel skills for efficient information sharing with different stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and possess problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, with robust data gathering skills and organization.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
