- Perform daily administrative tasks for ERP systems, such as managing user accounts and monitoring system performance to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Design, develop, and implement workflows and forms in the ERP system to make business processes more efficient and improve data management.
- Assist in deploying new ERP features and updates, including testing, fixing errors, and documenting changes to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business.
- Work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and the ERP Solutions Manager to gather requirements, offer technical assistance, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the ERP system. Provide ongoing support to resolve any issues.
- Continuously review and suggest improvements to workflows and forms, using ERP system features to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
- Previous work experience working with any ERP system
- Fluency in English
- Candidate must be already based in Malta
