Assess and monitor patients' health conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects or complications.
Communicate with physicians and the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and any changes in condition.
Uphold patient safety, infection control standards, and confidentiality at all times.
Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
