We are looking for a Head Waiter / Waitress to join our team. Will be serving clients and assisting the restaurant supervisor. Position is on a full time contract basis.A Head Waiter / Waitress is a senior member of the service team responsible for supervising waitstaff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating between the dining area and kitchen. They greet and seat guests, take orders when needed, oversee table service, and handle special requests or complaints. Do the mise en place in the restaurant area and utility room. Preparing tables for service
