We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive impression and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
  • Keep a good rapport with all tour Operator couriers and group leaders.
  • Promote hotel food and beverage services and facilities to enhance guest experience.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Check and monitor any functions taking place at the time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience working with a hotel system will be considered an advantage.
