- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
- Keep a good rapport with all tour Operator couriers and group leaders.
- Promote hotel food and beverage services and facilities to enhance guest experience.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Check and monitor any functions taking place at the time.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused approach with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience working with a hotel system will be considered an advantage.
