This market-making organization is a major power player in Malta’s financial sector. As one of the most prestigious organizations in the country, you will be providing reliable and long-lasting solutions across the market.As a Senior Manager, you will be leading the change management and promoting a positive culture within the project teams. People management is a crucial part of succeeding in this role and you will be the central point of contact for several teams. You will be working closely with the Project Managers to track ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery.You will:

Manage both internal and external stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment
Lead Change Management activities for a diverse project portfolio
Coordinate and work closely with project owners ensuring the completion of projects in a timely and satisfying manner

Skills/Experience:

Solid academic background in Business, IT and/or Change Management or in an equivalent professional qualification.
Excellent management skills and capability of leading multiple teams
Well-versed in project planning, reporting and stakeholder management
