Infrastructure Electrical Engineer (Electrical)

• Provide technical support and guidance to management and workshop staff on matters related to the organizational structures and facilities, needed for the operation of the enterprise
• Maintain an ongoing improvement initiative and oversee quality control for the Electrical Engineer
• Actively engage in projects and take the lead on assigned projects
• Identify technical and operational solutions to help achieve the engineering department's goals
• Prepare technical reports to facilitate informed decision-making by management
• Assist the technical department in planning and executing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the workshop manager to refine maintenance plans and enhance reliability
• Organisation of repairs and maintenance of company assets, installations, infrastructures, equipment and tools, and buildings
• Undergoing training from manufacturers, disseminating information, and spearheading personnel technical development
• Participate in the annual budget and forecast for the workshop
• Plan the allocation of necessary human and material resources
• Follow-up on certification on all premises permits, plans and electrical diagrams
• Ensure adherence to policies concerning security, data protection, health and safety, quality assurance, and environmental protection
• Perform any other task as might be requested by the management
