- Smart, motivated and outgoing.
- Knowledgeable and interested in power tools and the trades sector.
- Computer Literate, fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English.
- Open to learning and receiving further training on specific products, both locally and abroad.
- In possession of a clean driving licence (category B) and be responsible for visiting clients at their own premises.
- Have a clean police conduct.
- Experience in a similar role is considered an asset, however, full training will be provided.
- Handling customers’ requests, inquiries and complaints.
- Keeping customers up to date with any current offers or discounts.
- Gathering feedback from customers and sharing same with the Sales manager.
- Identify potential products that the Company may consider to trade.
- Meeting potential clients to determine their needs.
- Gathering in-depth knowledge of the products and services available.
- Collecting and sharing important market information.
- Managing sales quotations per client’s requirements.
- Following up on submitted quotations.
- Performing any other task as required.
