We are looking for an Assistant Builder to join our team. Position is on a full time basis.

Assist builders, carpenters, bricklayers, shutterers, and other tradespeople as needed • Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment • Mix and pour concrete, mortar, or other building materials • Prepare and clean work areas, including demolition or site clearing • Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and barriers (under supervision) • Measure, mark, and cut materials under direction • Operate basic hand tools and assist with power tools or machinery (if trained) • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) • Support site organization, cleanliness, and waste removal • Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisors immediately
