Our client is seeking an experienced commercial professional to drive revenue growth across an established portfolio of partners while identifying opportunities to expand business performance. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, improving commercial results, and supporting strategic growth within the organisation.The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the online gaming industry, proven experience managing key accounts, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the partnership team, identifies and targets new business opportunities by leveraging existing industry contacts, researching new markets, and initiating dialogue with potential operators and stakeholders within the gaming industry.Liaises closely with the Games Team to ensure content is promoted to customers in an orderly and timely manner, maximising revenue while aligning with customers' game launch strategies.Acts as a key contact point for operators, developing long-term strategic relationships as part of the wider partnership team.Prioritises and engages prospects and customers, taking ownership of commercial negotiations and delivering results aligned with the company's core strategic vision.Provides ongoing support to the Product team by gathering and communicating customer feedback to inform the future product roadmap.Analyses market intelligence and conducts business development activities.Actively forecasts and manages key account metrics.Ensures balance between internal resource allocation and potential revenue generation.Manages the full sales and onboarding cycle from negotiation through to customer launch and ongoing relationship management.Ensures customers receive the highest level of service throughout their lifecycle with the company.QualificationsSkills, Complexity and CreativityDemonstrates a clear understanding of how to generate results in a complex commercial environment.Proven experience in sales and revenue generation within the gaming industry.Shows ambition to develop team leadership and people management capabilities.Possesses excellent account and customer management skills.Thinks strategically, particularly in problem-solving and issue management.Demonstrates a strong commitment to being part of a customer-focused team.BehavioursContributing to Team SuccessDemonstrates personal commitment and positively contributes to team performance.Adheres to team expectations, guidelines, and professional conduct.Acts as a positive ambassador for the team in all interactions with internal stakeholders and customers.Remains open-minded, listens to others, and objectively considers differing opinions.Seeks innovative ways to improve team performance and overall business outcomes.Company ValuesInnovation and Proactiveness: Takes independent initiative by suggesting new ideas, innovative solutions, or identifying new business opportunities.Passion: Demonstrates enthusiasm for the role, customers, the business, and the gaming industry.Ownership: Takes full responsibility for assigned tasks, dedicates appropriate time and effort, and ensures no aspect of work is neglected.
