About the job Compliance ExecutiveOn behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Compliance Executive to join an established Compliance Team within a Trust and Company Service Provider (TCSP).The selected candidate will support the Compliance Officer and MLRO in ensuring the business remains aligned with all regulatory obligations. This role offers hands-on experience across KYC, onboarding, monitoring of client activity, and wider compliance operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in implementing and maintaining internal compliance policies and proceduresSupport the execution of the Groups compliance monitoring programmeCollaborate with internal departments on matters related to AML and counter-terrorism financingAssist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings (e.g. REQ, ACR)Help coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and visitsConduct periodic customer file reviewsReport regularly to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on all compliance mattersRecommend improvements to compliance processes in line with best practiceRequirements:Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar compliance role - must be within Corporate Services not iGamingSound understanding of the TCSP industry and its regulatory frameworkStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingFluency in EnglishProficient in standard IT tools and systemsThis is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to build on a strong foundation within a regulated environment.Package Details
