This role provides a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, fostering professional growth and hands-on experience in corporate services.Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Address the needs of a small portfolio of clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.
- Corporate Documentation: Prepare and process corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance requirements.
- Organised Filing Systems: Maintain a structured and efficient client filing system to ensure easy access and organisation.
- Client and Internal Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from clients, managers, and internal departments.
- Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with entities such as the Malta Business Registry, Banks, International Tax Unit, and VAT Department.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a corporate or administrative role.
- Educational Background: A relevant diploma or degree (minimum at MQF level 5).
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Maltese would be considered an asset.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
