Operate excavators, backhoes & bulldozers for excavation & grading. Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, read blueprints, verify specs, and coordinate with team to ensure efficient & safe site operations.Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes and bulldozers to move materials, dig foundations, and grade land. Perform routine maintenance on equipment including greasing, changing filters, and checking fluid levels. Verify equipment is in good working order before beginning work. Read and understand project plans, blueprints, and other specifications. Determine depth, grade, and alignment of excavation according to project specifications. Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure a safe work environment by following company safety policies and procedures. Perform excavations (trenches, pit excavations,...) and smooth surface by digging a bed.
Check condition and function of machine, position machines in accordance with processes
Set up route according to delivery requirements. Check documents (timetables, order form...)
Determine route according to specifications of the vehicle, cargo and terms of delivery (priorities)
Perform emergency measures in case of accident. Notify services concerned
Organise and check the loading of goods onto vehicle
