Our client is looking for an Immigration Specialist to lead and manage advisory services related to Malta's residency schemes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing this service line, ensuring compliance, and providing tailored solutions to clients seeking residency options in Malta.Duties include:
  • Advise clients on Malta's residency and citizenship schemes, including the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP), the Global Residence Programme (GRP) the Nomad Programme, and others.
  • Assess clients' eligibility and provide holistic guidance throughout the application process.
  • Handle and oversee the preparation and submission of residency applications.
  • Liaise with government entities such as Residency Malta Agency and Identity Malta to ensure timely approvals.
  • Stay updated on changes in Maltese residency laws and schemes and ensure all applications comply with Maltese immigration laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the immigration service line.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote residency services through seminars, webinars, and other channels.
  • Conduct research to identify new opportunities and enhance service offerings.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in immigration consultancy or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of Maltese residency schemes and immigration laws
  • Local experience is required for this role
Education and Experience
  • A degree in Law, Accountancy, or a related field.
