Job Role
Ensure that all kitchen and back-of-house areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
Clean all kitchen equipment in accordance with the established cleaning schedule.
Operate pot washing machinery and uphold a hygienic work environment, adhering to hygiene regulations and company standards.
Job Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience is advantageous.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, along with proficiency in any additional languages.
Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.
Availability to work a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
